Automating Manual Tasks Through Data Science

ThinkCol created a prototype model that automatically generates contracts based on term sheets for one of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Using data science techniques, the model can help locate security name, transaction date, time and location. Depending on the nature of the security and other details, the extracted information can be automatically filled into a number of contract templates and create custom-made contracts for individual clients of the financial institution.

Through automizing contract writing by deriving information from the term sheets, the financial institution could potentially lower manpower for the manual contract writing task and adequately reallocate resources for more productive duties.
