In a new initiative, we are helping a global fast-food chain to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform how operational insights are generated and utilized. Our initiative introduces an internal chatbot, specifically designed to equip staff members with comprehensive analyses of store performances, akin to having a Business Analyst at their fingertips. This chatbot is capable of generating detailed morning briefing reports for each store, facilitating store managers in diving into performance metrics through interactive dialogues with the LLM.
Additionally, this LLM-based tool is designed to disseminate sales insights and operational intelligence from C-level executives. The C-level executives will guide the integration of LLM insights to ensure that store managers receive information deemed relevant by the leadership.
Tailored to meet diverse linguistic needs, our solution supports Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, and English, leveraging the client’s extensive datasets. By integrating an open-source LLM within the client's infrastructure, utilizing an embedding database for precision in information retrieval, and refining user queries through prompt chaining, we ensure the delivery of quick, accurate, and contextually relevant responses. This approach enhances operational efficiency and sets a new standard for AI interactions in the fast food industry, paving the way for more informed decision-making and a streamlined operational workflow.
